Privacy Policy
Realm Board (RB) is an independent community project. This policy explains the limited information Realm Board may handle when you use the site.
WANTED DATA AND SERVER PERSISTENCE
Realm Board does not require an account, email address, wallet connection, login, or recovery identity to browse or post a WANTED. A posted WANTED is stored on Realm Board's shared server so it can remain visible after reload and appear to other visitors. The stored record contains only the structured item requirements, Realm, maximum buy price, status, revision, and creation, update, and expiry timestamps.
Active WANTEDs remain visible until they expire or are closed. Expired and closed records are retained for up to 30 additional days for operational hygiene and are then deleted. Realm Board does not add a free-text note to a WANTED.
ANONYMOUS OWNERSHIP
When you post, the server creates a unique capability token for that WANTED. The raw token is returned once and stored only in this browser's local storage. The server stores only its SHA-256 hash. The token is used only as an authorization header when this device edits the price, renews, or closes that one WANTED.
Realm Board cannot recover this capability token. Clearing browser data, using another browser or device, or losing access to this local storage means ownership is permanently lost. The WANTED stays live until it expires by itself. There is no account, email, wallet, or other identity to recover ownership to.
TECHNICAL AND NOTIFICATION DATA
Cloudflare necessarily processes network information such as an IP address to deliver requests. The Realm Board Worker does not store or log client IP addresses, user agents, request bodies, ownership tokens, or client nonces. A daily rotating one-way client key may be used for rate limiting and is not stored with a WANTED.
If notifications are enabled in the future, Realm Board may process the minimum technical data needed to deliver them, such as an encrypted notification subscription, preference filters, timestamps, and delivery status. Notification permission remains under your device and browser controls.
TRANSACTIONS
Realm Board does not execute trades, process payments, custody assets, connect wallets, or broker transactions. Actual transactions take place only on the official STEPN Marketplace, under that service's own terms and privacy practices.
YOUR CHOICES
You can stop using Realm Board at any time. You may close a WANTED while this browser still holds its capability token. Clearing browser or Home Screen app data removes local control keys but does not immediately delete shared WANTED records; those records expire and follow the retention period described above.
